Farm Stay EcoStudio Ithaca New York

Food Forest Farm is now part of Longspoon Farm our new home and land, and we have a guest farm stay available. If you’d like to come and stay with us for relaxed enjoyment we’d love to have you. Or, if you are looking to experience a developing regenerative landscape, stewarded with care and beauty, please come and interact with our home, farm and gardens. Our vision is to offer tours, skill shares and workshops starting in 2023. Read about our deposits and rates below.

Our farm is on the outskirts of vibrant Ithaca, NY. This peaceful vacation rental is surrounded by rolling hills, and is tucked away off the road only minutes from downtown, numerous state parks, waterfalls, lakes, wineries, museums, Ithaca College, Cornell University, and much more.

Full Studio with kitchen and bath. The accommodations are perfect for a couple or for an individual vacation retreat. Come enjoy beauty, nature, relaxation and fun!

DEPOSITS & RATES

Checks made out to Jonathan Bates are preferred. We do have Venmo available upon special request.

​Check-in time is 4 pm and check out out by 10:00 am.  

​Deposits not required at this time. 

​3-night minimum stay is required during peak season. 2-night minimum is available during off-peak times. 

​Rate:

$98/night up to 8 nights

​Please contact host with inquiries about stays longer than 8 nights.

*5% local tax not included. Prices may differ for local college graduation weekends.

Imagine a quiet relaxing space that stays cool in the summer and cozy in the winter; where the lighting and appliances use very little energy, and are powered by the sun; the picture above shows a thick wall and an elegant window… with super insulation they keep you comfortable with natural materials. Staying at the ecostudio lets us care for you and the planet.

POLICIES

We ask our guests to help us maintain our beautiful, clean environment by abiding by our no-smoking rule. 

No pets: we have many animals to meet - introducing a new animal in their midst can cause extra excitement for the animals and for you and us.​

There are trails and gardens to enjoy. Please communicate with us about your interest before exploring the farm.

A working farm has lots of action. We want your family to become involved with our farm rhythm learning self-reliant skills, and we need your vigilant supervision of your young persons for their safety.

Once we receive your payment and your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the post-booking details.
